I got the honor to design the condolence card for Chrissy. Here's the draft for the cover. Chrissy was always feeding a cute wood pidgeons couple outside at the window, so that's why I choose to draw a wood pidgeons sitting on a ginkgo branch, ready to set off. I chose ginkgo since I always love how vibrant the leaves get during autumn, the yellow seems so warm & positive during the gloomy time. Regarding the internet ginkgo leaves are also a symbol of hope, strength & resilience. A wood pidgeon apparently symbolizes selflove, recognition & feeling grounded.
