They originally had section 307 as fully opened and then cut it back to the first 6 rows. They opened the other 2 sections next to it as well, just a few rows. When they do that, they're basically saying "ok, this is where we are with this market and we're good with it" and won't bother doing much more to the map other than adding a few more rows if needed. They could have a late push but they're usually spot on with detecting when a market has hit its limit.
