Golden State Warriors Starter Pack

Anytime you have an all-time great team the franchise fan base will grow 2 fold! There is no shame in enjoying this great team. My end take was just a S/O to my fellow long time suffering fans..and the title a bit of click bait 😉

Hey alchemy, you going to do a video on the kyrie trade?

Honestly, the only thing I am worried about this trade is Jae Crowder.

Shit what do you think about this Kyrie trade?

Or what about the year Bob Sura was the man, or Marc Jackson! haha...Hopefully this new arena will not price out all the old fans.

Monta's ideal role would be as a third guard who coould just get up shots ala Lu williams...but he never was willing to except that role.

another awesome video Alchemy! Been watching your videos since about march when your content got posted in the warriors subreddit. You got a lot of love over there man!

This is a great video man not many people know the history of the team. I remember years ago went to the Lakers verse The Warriors Monta Ellis and Steph Curry with killing that game man. And Steph Curry was just on another level you can see how he would just getting shots he wanted he does look so fluid shooting the ball and Monta to me look so jealous I told my friend at that game they have to get rid of him for curry to grow into the player he can be and to this day they always tell me manual right. At the end of the game it was one shot left Kobe was playing great defense they did a pick-and-roll Kobe I switch to Monta and Curry was doing a baseline cut to the corner mind you he just hit two threes and mighty looks at this guy wide open does not pass the ball and shoots a fadeaway over Kobe Bryant that was probably 26 or 25 ft away knew a change had to be made.

It's a nice retrospective, but you left out the Jerome Whitehead years, naw I'm just messin with ya, but really, Warrior fans are as loyal as Jim Barnett, we're always there. Warrior fans span the 4 sides of the bay and literally have always been in the seats without the Philly voice. The fan base of all great teams expand so it is now, but as someone who was often in the stands I can attest to the fact the fan base never wavered. There are no warrior years where the team was on the verge of fleeing the bay because even in the leanest years because the fans never fled the Warriors. Warrior fans earned this current team over the many lean years....and to those fans who want to confess to being bandwagon because they only lately discovered the Dubs, I say pull up a seat brother there's room for all, I'm confident you will learn why we stayed.....the Warriors not the niners, raiders,a's,giants are the Bay's team (sorry Sharks you're the south bay's team).

Spree was one of those guys where you felt like you always had a shot at staying in a game. He wasn't going to let it get embarrassing no matter the talent gap. With Billy at 9-10 years old, I don't think I understood injuries like that. It was you either played or you didn't. I just Remember watching Mitch in All-star games with a kings uni haha. With today's sports science I'm sure he would of had a different career.

In the pre-Curry era, as much as I loved Run TMC, I really loved Latrell Sprewell. He was such a fun player to watch, and it broke by heart when he got into that scuffle that killed his career. And speaking of Billy Owens, he and I shared a knee doctor, and I really think with good knees Owens would have been a great player. Btw, the way we came to share that doctor was this: I knew from watching the broadcasts that Tom Abdenour was the head trainer, so I call the front office and ask for Tom. Seconds later he comes on the line and I explain I have bad knee troubles and I'd love to get the name of their team knee guy. He was very nice and gave it to me. The best thing about that doc was the rehab place he used, which was phenomenal. And yes, one day on the bike I was sitting next to Tim Hardaway. That place saved my knee.
