2023-08-12 00:53:02 +0000 UTCI think these numbers also tell us why AEW was (and for some shows still is) asking for a rather substantial ticket price currently. They are in a resigning phase. They need cash - until the new TV deal is done and things like the revenue for the game is in, that's the "easiest" way to have a decent cashflow (sure TK could pump more family-money into the biz constantly, but that's not a business then). I reckon (or rather hope) once the roster is a little unbloated and the new TV deal is in, they can scale ticket prices back again.
