2023-01-19 05:39:49 +0000 UTCWhen people have autism they see the world in a different way similar to when attorney woo does when she hears loud noises it’s similar to when you have a migraine and someone makes a loud noise or shines light on you and it gets worse for a second then goes back that’s what hearing loud banging is to her minus the pain it kind of confuses the world to her and so when autistic people panic it makes the world more confusing in a way and they can’t concentrate as well if not at all I don’t know how similar this is to all cases but the ones I’ve come across and interacted with are similar OCD is also a form of autism and that’s an aspect with woo too because she sorts out her gimbap straightly and also the ritual she does when entering a room. They rely a lot on continuity and routines

That second lawyer DEFINITELY is arrogant, but all the questions he asked were to set up the story that he was trying to save his brother and that the fall was what caused the back rib fracture. All around definitely a sad episode :(

2022-11-22 00:15:55 +0000 UTCthe thing is they deemed attorney woo unfit mentally to take over the case. you saw it in the first trial even the judge did not think she was fit to take the case on. so it really wouldn't have mattered if the defendants father still wanted her on the case, the jury, the judge and the rest of the court wouldn't have agreed. the other lawyer that took over did what he could, he was asking the lady questions so she could basically just explain what really happened by a professional rather than them just going on tangents on their own. the 7 years do suck but the lawyer that took over did his job accordingly and also they said they could have that lessened farther down the line and have him put on probation.

2022-11-21 19:50:40 +0000 UTCloved the reaction, but what the lady said around 47:36 threw me off lmao, as someone who is on the spectrum, them saying stuff like "sometimes people with autism are geniuses, but most cases are like his" is wrong, cause that's just not true, not every autistic person acts like the son,nor is some sort of special genius. im autistic, and I don't really identify with any of the characters on the show, not saying the main character's depiction isn't accurate because it is in some aspects, just not in my specific case, but it does feel like they're only showing two extremes, though they mentioned how there is a spectrum, it just feels like they're saying you can either be like the son or a genius like young-woo, i wish they would show more varieties yk, i am enjoying the show tho, just one little critique!
