With more and more medics on the scene, they can start evaluating and treating the girls in need, establishing an order of triage based on visible injuries, the bystanders' description of events, and simply some of the bystanders being too tired to go on with CPR, having to take over for them. The first priority of course is to stabilize the patients who still have a pulse, and get them to hospital as fast as possible so they can get the extensive treatment they might need to keep it that way. Then they can focus on the really unfortunate ones whose circulation already shut down long minutes ago. And oh boy, there's many of them...
