With a large number of paramedics on scene, all the lightning strike victims can get properly evaluated and treated now. However it's easy to see that the situation is not so good, despite most of the girls having received CPR starting from shortly after the incident. Still, you can't just give up on such patients without a fight, and since they're very young and healhty there could actually be a chance to get their hearts to beat again, at least the ones who got good CPR from their peers. Whether that heartbeat can be sustained of course is another question.
