Sergals gathering Eltus seaweed at salt lake

This seaweed will be crushed when it is heated, hence it can be eaten as raw without washing. People often eat this with some soup stock or dressing and so on. It have good popping texture, and is eaten with various usage such as adding it to a fish, or making it a salad. This kind seaweed don't have gathering restriction in range of Eltus seaweed kinds because they are farmed on a large scale on some areas, and can increase soon.
