Bakku is enjoying a sweet treat similar to cotton candy, while Elica has opted to snack on a skewer of grilled squid. Both are similar to snacks found at real-life Japanese food stands.
Some notes of interest: the skewered and grilled squid is called "イカ焼き" ("ika-yaki") in Japanese, and is a popular treat found at food stands in Japan. Also, some of the advertisement signs seen in the comic translate to "raw fish", "sweets", and "octopus and squid" — all popular to the people of Gold Ring during the festival! Are you hungry yet?
