He is singing a song, dressed in common nevrean garments. I suggested that some of these clothes might be made of Talyxian materials.
The general classification of alien creatures are called Talyxian, which account for the majority of biota on Planet Tal. They are known as the main threat towards the Eltus race of people, but are also utilized as common material among the Eltus people in varied ways, such as, foods for daily necessities, dyes for painting and fur coloring, building materials and construction, garments and more such as that!
Talyxian plants do not have chlorophyll — Unlike Eltus plants a.k.a the "green plants" which are precious as opposed to Talyxian ones. Due to this, Talyxian plants show strange reddish tones or grayish ones, depending on their kind.
With that being said, his garments having been made of Talyxian materials would show red, purple and pink hues, unless chemically altered with other dyes.
