Topic Question
Added 2021-01-25 18:14:11 +0000 UTCCouldn't resist. I hope you don't mind Emma & Brian for rehashing the question. But I wanted to get the perspective from the people. Pick one film where you get to keep the lead actor but all the other actors are replaced by Muppets.

Under the Skin - I think muppets playing the other characters would give a feeling as to how Scarlett Johansson character sees humanity. To her, humans are the bizarre silly creatures and this switch around might put the audience in her point of view.

2021-01-26 02:06:21 +0000 UTCThe Room. Tommy Wiseau with Miss Piggy as Lisa, Kermit as Mark, and Danny would have to be the same human actor from before. Just imagine the scenes where he climbs into bed with Johnny and Lisa and talking to Johnny on the roof about kissing and touching her.

2021-01-25 22:07:12 +0000 UTCNight of the Living Dead (1968). It would be fun watching Judith O'Dea dealing with a bunch of zombie muppets. Definitely different tone of the movie.

2021-01-25 21:08:34 +0000 UTCThe Good, The Bad, and The Ugly or really any of the "Man with No Name" movies. Just the image of Clint Eastwood getting into a Mexican Standoff with muppets and Ennio Morricone's score playing in the background... Lol

2021-01-25 20:20:24 +0000 UTCNow you have me thinking about Temple of Doom and all the fucked up shit in that movie with Muppets and it's a hilarious image.

2021-01-25 19:32:00 +0000 UTCThe Last Man On Earth. Keep vincent price and make all the others Muppets, so instead of having the living dead attacking him it will just be a mob of Muppets!

2021-01-25 19:20:39 +0000 UTCKnives Out but everyone except Daniel Craig are muppets. Honestly any detective focused mystery movie would be great if you replaced all the suspects with Muppets.
