I’m looking forward to getting a breather. Our show is going into shoot weeks soon and those are always a nightmare. But after that maybe I can take a vacation. Enjoy your break.

2021-02-27 03:09:38 +0000 UTCI ended up having more luck with LinkedIn and then always applying directly on the companies website, not any of the easy application stuff. What really sucks is some of these companies have such a long time line when job searching. I've already found a new job, been in it for like three months and am still getting rejection letters for jobs I applied to before this one.

Just found out that online job applications have to be processed through a computer system meaning it can deem you unfit for the job before a human being even sees it and prevents your application from being seen. So lesson learned. Job sites like Indeed are 100% a waste of time.

I've been doing a Miyazaki watch through (did Mononoke and Spirited Away last night) and it's so hard to be in a bad mood while you're high on that man's movies. Speaking of, I'd love to see you review another Miyazaki movie in the future. I know Princess Mononoke is your favorite but you seem to think very highly of him as an artist so I'd be really curious how you feel about his other work.
