You are right in that it is a slower month for A listers, but there are a wealth of possibilities this month and I kinda like that. A-list - N/A B-list - Sharp Stick, Prey, Laal Singh Chaddha (finally the Indian remake of Forrest Gump that everyone always dreamed of), Day Shift. Three Thousand Years of Longing. C-List - Allegoria, Bullet Train, 'Bodies, bodies, bodies', Thirteen Lives, I love my dad, They/Them, Resurrection, Inu-Oh, Mack & Rita (Diane Keaton still rocking it!). Fall, Emily the Criminal, Beast, Orphan: First Kill, The Legend of Molly Johnson, The Invitation, Samaritan, Maneater (It looks shit but I must indulge my shark fetish), The Good Boss, 'My Donkey, My Lover & I', Barbarian,

2022-07-18 20:55:46 +0000 UTCBullet Train looks really fun and Brad Pitt is the one movie star that can sell a movie to me on name alone. Bodie Bodies Bodies has gotten good word out of the festival circuit so I think it has potential to be a solid watch. Barbarian is another horror that looks like it has potential. Might check out Prey or Three Thousand Years of Longing if I'm bored one weekend but not super interested in either.

2022-07-18 19:50:37 +0000 UTCPrey (on Hulu) looks dope as hell. I loved 10 Cloverfield Lane from the same director, and the whole concept of Comanche vs. Predator just sounds like a blast. Idk how much you like the original and/or the sequels, but it could be fun to review 🤷🏽♂️

2022-07-18 19:30:20 +0000 UTCYeah definitely a slower month. The only release I’m really excited for is George Miller’s Three Thousand Years of Longing. Don’t know anything about it, just there for the king. Other than that, Bodies Bodies Bodies looks bad but I’ll probably see it anyway. Bullet Train could be ok but it looks like it has too much Marvely self awareness for my liking.
