News: March 2025

All of the major locations for DI Act 1 part 1 are now ready! There's still some placeholder stuff as you can see in the images. With all of the locations finally in the game, I can start adding quests, scenes, combat, etc. to all of those locations.

You may have caught the "part 1" in the previous paragraph. I do believe I am going to release Act 1 in 2 parts. The first part will release to Patreon first at the $10 tier. Once the second part is ready, all of Act 1 will release to Patreon $10 tier first. After a month, all of Act 1 will release on itch.io at a one time price of $10. Every update will follow this theme. Patreon $10 tier gets the latest update first. One month later, itch.io will be updated to the latest update, no additional cost.

There will also be a free demo. The first free demo will be part 1 of Act 1. That will not release until all of Act 1 is complete. Basically, when all of Act 1 is available on itch.io, the free demo will also become available. Later on, all of Act 1 will be added to the free demo. The free demo will be posted on both Patreon and itch.io when it is time.

Now let's talk about those screenshots. There's an updated map screen with Angel. This particular map image only shows if you have no companion with you. Otherwise you will see your combat companion. The locations at the bottom can be clicked to move to the desired location. One of them is being hovered in the screenshot. This should be quite familiar if you have played Glitches and Bitches.

There's a few sneak peeks in the other images. If you've seen some of the companion previews on Discord, you might be able to pinpoint where they are found in some of these images. If you've played the old SC, you might notice a familiar name as well. There's some completely new stuff, such as the Rune Shop. There will be a fun scene with those two with several variants based on MC gender.

There's several other things that haven't been added yet. Remember the boarman quest from SC? That's been redesigned with a catgirl instead of the boarman. This quest will play out in Seasalt Village, ending in a rather interesting scene for male/futa MCs. Female MCs aren't locked out of the quest, though. They just get a slightly different resolution. Don't fret if you enjoyed the original quest. The boarman can be added later if you guys want. I intend to bring over most of the content from SC with plenty of new content.

That's just one example, but enough DI spoilers for now. TOT 6 should be ready and posted on April 1. (Fools not included!) As noted before, I'll be skipping 1 month of TOTs to focus on getting the first part of Act 1 for DI ready. Not sure if I'll have the first release completed by the end of April/May, but I'm going to try.
