Hello!
I've just finished up next week's video and I'm exhausted. I'm not going to reveal a sausage of it until it releases but it was viciously tiring to make. You'll probably see why when it comes out.
Anyway, enough about that, here's this! Pretty self explanatory week, the only real difficulty was finding and arranging public domain stock footage to tell a story very, very quickly. Finding sound effects for all that was easier (most of the footage was silent) and speeding it up so it sounded fast, but was also recognisable was great fun.
Oh and that exhaustion at the end was legit. To run in Sonic VR you have to run on the spot. To spin you crouch and to jump you jump. I did that for 35 mins and then lay on the floor for another 30. The things I do for my art. :p
Anyway, that's all. There will be more during the next podcast episode!
Very excited for next week. :D
- Dan
PS. My fastest time is now just under 32 seconds! \o/
