I'm sorry Daniel but I need to get this off my chest, when you were showing off JC3 u was excited like any other game but on lunch I could not play it due to it runing horribly on the AMD cards. Now I understand you how you would not have known this BUT in a later video you make a joke of "and that's why you don't preorder". Now for you to say that after showing us the demos and hyping it up for us felt like a betrayal and Dan I love your content but can you PLEASE respond to this question, this had annoyed me for years and the only bad mark on an otherwise golden record

(MILD RANT + TLOU SPOILERS FOLLOW) Okay so I'm biased because the last of us was one of my all time favourite games, and I understand that the tone of the last of us just wasn't for you, but I often feel people misinterpret the ending. It was meant to be not only a subversion of expectations, but also heavily up for interpretation. Joel isn't an action hero, he's a flawed character in a flawed world who loved ellie and probably recognised that even if he sacrificed her there would be a good chance it wouldn't make a difference. Honestly it really felt like a genius decision by Neil Druckmann and it's one of my favourite endings of any story. I also expect the last of us part II to expand on the ending's themes a lot so I would highly recommend giving it a chance for that, let alone the full trust I have in naughty dog that they will create another technical masterpiece

Just a quick thing about AC Origins, it is 100% not like the other AC games, looking at the Odyssey trailer it looks almost identical to Origins. I was reluctant to play Origins myself but I got it as a gift and before I knew it I had 100+ hours in it. There is cosmetic microtransactions (boo!!) but the game is completely playable and enjoyable without it. It is probably my favourite AC game of the whole franchise so I highly suggest playing it!!

Hey Dan, was wondering if you have heard or played Catan VR. Its a VR version of settlers of catan, and has single player against AI or you can do multiplayer. Really neat game for like £7 or something on steam at the moment :)

Hey Dan, you should listen to Eddie Izzard's audiobook on his autobiography. His style is really conversational with loads of 'audio' footnotes that sound like him just free-styling it. Thought it might help! Congrats on the book as well, by the way!

Hey Dan, since the Jurassic World series is going well, I was wondering if you'd considered picking up Jurassic Park: Operation Genesis for the Retro series (If 2003 counts as retro), since I recall you saying you'd not played it before. There are quite a few parallels to it and Evolution. It's a bit difficult to find a copy nowadays but would be interesting to see it compared to the new one. Having played both, I can see they took a lot of inspiration from Operation Genesis to make Evolution.

I'd recommend trying out the Octopath Traveler demo they put out on the switch eshop a few days ago if you're interested in what you saw during nintendo's stream! I was on the fence about getting it but it completely sold me on it. You get 3 hours to play and everything you do carries over to the full game.

Just thought I'd ask, after seeing the chat on the Just Cause 4 livestream - how do you feel about having such an active fanbase? I thought on the whole, the chat was amazing and a beautiful sight but a couple of people got a bit toxic when people criticised you. Quite a hard one to answer but I think an interestjng talking point.

Have you ever played a game called Feeble Files, it's an old point and click sci-fi/comedy adventure with Robert Llewellyn as the voice of the main character. It was one of my 1st PC games.

Dan if you haven't already watch the Devolver E3 show they directly addressed the criticisms from last year and showed some great games (one of which you HAVE to do a plays for!) It's only 20 mins long just keep watching until it ACTUALLY starts, you'll know when it does... ;D
