2021-10-26 21:50:45 +0000 UTCI'm guessing it's a particular brand/make of Sertraline that you need that you were told was unavailable? It's a very common medicine, even if pharmacies near you couldn't get that particular make, I find it very hard to believe there was no Sertraline available whatsoever. Unless there's a particular reason you can only use one make of Sertraline, I'm not sure why they didn't offer you an alternative even if it meant some extra side effects. (Of course I just work in a pharmacy, I'm not a doctor or even a pharmacist)
