I've often heard people say, "Just let her have a happy ending!" in relation to Alice's journey through life. It's true, she's had a difficult existence. And she's certainly earned her moment in the sun. So, to those who pleaded that she be given some peace...
Joey's latest illustration shows a scene from the end of Asylum in which we see Alice - all grown and transformed and reunified - basking in the warmth of a beautiful moment. "Liddell's Home for Wayward Children" is the title of this piece. Yay.

This was a big one. We caught up on all the art and design work done during the previous months (while the Shanghai lockdown interrupted our usual live stream schedule). And I als talked about a reframing of our efforts around getting a game made. I mentioned a meeting with a local developer - and that meet was had on Friday of last week.
Can't say much about it but... it went great!
I'm feeling pretty good about the general state of things. Also yay.

2022-07-28 02:34:06 +0000 UTCPerhaps, as in Life, the ending should be determined by Alice's actions; or lack of action. 🤔 Edit: If the player wants Alice to have a "happy ending", they could have to put in some effort. Or if they want Alice to have an "unhappy ending", who knows what may cause the...train to derail. 🤔
