2019-03-06 20:44:56 +0000 UTCListened to this on my way back from a language documentation/conservation/revitalization conference. Curious to know more about the game but kind of conflicted about it. I feel like either digging in to the language aspect more (eg: choosing to use a root+affix language is fine, but limited), OR a deeper dive into what the intersection of culture and language looks like. Interesting bones, but kind of felt like the language aspect was a bit superficial. Obviously I haven't played it, so I could be way off base.
