I think Iβm lucky in that most places Iβve lived have had combined taps (Iβm also in UK). Iβd never considered that older buildings are more likely to have separate hot and cold taps, but that makes a lot of sense as I mostly encounter those in pub bathrooms

2021-02-16 13:56:21 +0000 UTCSo we also have a dishwasher on wheels and actually REHOSED it so that we don't have to roll it around in order to run it bc we've crammed it into a brooklyn apartment and it. Cannot move from its spot. (its spot, by the way, is where the fridge USED to be. The fridge is now in a different corner. The property manager either has not noticed or does not care.)
