Just listening to this arc as a new patron. Between Austin dropping that heartbreaker of a letter on the fly, Jack casually commenting that Diego has been "denied domestic futurity," Ali chasing a quirky potential girlfriend, and Janine talking about the particular shades of ink each letter used, it really seems like everybody was their best selves in this episode.
