Your new place looks massive! I live around Sydney and the prices of the homes are ridiculous, although it's about to fall apart soon. Unfortunately I work in the city (although one of my goals is to some day have a fulltime income from writing/podcasting/other creative stuff) and all of my friends live in the city so I'm not inclined to move further away just yet. Good advice though!

Shad kept saying the first house was falling apart, which to me means that all of that appreciation should likely have been used for renovations
