They let the pocket watch fall from their hand, and start swaying, suspended in the air by the now taught chain. “There we go, toy. Watch the watch as it starts to swing. That’s it. We both know you can’t look away from a pretty, shiny thing swinging before you.”
They laughed, but it was true. Your eyes were locked on, unable to look away. They smiled as your eyes blinked. “Ah, ah, ah, eyes open toy. No matter how heavy, how weak those eyelids get, keep them open. Focus for me. That’s it. That’s right. Such a good, obedient thing.”
You nodded your head a little as the watch began to move up and down, as well as side to side. “Awh, your like a puppet on my strings. Going up, and down, and up and down, and up-” They dropped the watch. “And down, down, down, into sleep. That’s it.”
