Reward: The New Hero in Town
Added 2020-04-29 09:57:11 +0000 UTCHey there, guys! I've just finished for this month's tale, as voted (narrowly!) by you! This is the New Hero in Town, featuring a new original superhero who flies into Metropolis one day, eager to become its sole hero.
When he performs an act of heroism before Metropolis' own Superman, however, tempers flare between the two and they engage in a battle to decide who among them is fit to protect the big city!
I struggled a bit with figuring out how this one would end. I ended up going back and forth until deciding to do what I had wanted to originally, something that would've been a more exciting ending. I hope that it's something you guys will enjoy!
Thanks, guys; I hope you enjoy this story! It features a theme (mind control) that I know some of you will enjoy, and it's given me a bit of extra fun with using it as a plot device.

Olympus vs Asgard is coming along, I promise. :) I've had to keep pausing it to work on other projects, and it's already a rather big one, coming in at well over a hundred images alone (over 40 of them are new panels, including an alternate ending).
