Its a small detail, but its cool to see the assault squad come back as well. Since Lucius gave them orders all the way back in wip 10, i guess its likely he's the Assault squad's commander/captain. Its just their goggles too that make them standout, but the fact they all survived the first day is cool to see and now they're a part of the final stand/diversion. Edit: i just saw the Assault squad have special insignia on their shoulder plates. Thats also a really good detail.

2025-10-12 04:00:36 +0000 UTCNot sure how much they could accomplish. The two veteran rangers who joined the assault proper aren’t all that heavily armed. Had one or both of them brought along something like a pulse rifle instead of those lever actions, they’d probably be able to contribute a lot more to the interior battle. Given they were intending to breach a facility they thought was going to be filled with paladins, hard counters to power armor are an excellent idea. I imagine the best they could do is try and sneak in from up top to start lobbing whatever pulse grenades they still have left at Lucius and his boys to try and disable their PA. Then let the super mutants or conscript horde finish them.

2025-10-10 13:59:13 +0000 UTC맥나마라와 하딘과는 다르게 루시우스는 원작 게임에서 한 번도 등장하지 않는 인물이니 중간에 희생하는 게 타당하긴 해도 씁쓸한 기분이 드는 건 어쩔 수 없네요. 어썰트 파이어팀(혹은 어썰트 스쿼드)이 두 번 다시 제트팩을 메고 날아오르지 못할 것 같아서 더 그런 것 같아요 어쨌든 바쁘신 와중에도 작업 상황을 자주 공유해 주셔서 감사합니다. 패트론 알림이 뜬 걸 보면 바로 마음이 흐뭇해져요
