I recorded this video before heading out, so that may explain why it feels rushed. However, the premise is still there. (btw sORRY for the glitchy webcam LOL)

Over time, I've learned that the reason we get stuck can be due to many personal factors: option paralysis, mental blocks, feeling uncomfortable, etc. It can be a number of things, but the reality is you're not stuck. Your words are more powerful than you think, and you have the ability to override it, trust me!

Through discipline and patience, these emotions can be channeled to harness new ideas by PUSHING yourself. Practice what you know works and stay true to yourself; you don't have to reinvent the wheel or wait for an idea! Keep it simple, stupid.

Once you're past the early days of producing, the excitement wears off, and we find ourselves getting tied up in more personal and introspective problems. It sometimes stops being fun and feels like deep personal work. So, we rather be comfortable than push outside the box (e.g., these 8-bar ideas).

I understand my workflow may seem fast and like I know what I'm doing, but in reality, it doesn't feel that way. I'm throwing paint at the wall and seeing what sticks and what looks (sounds) pretty. Sometimes that resonates with me more, and other days it doesn't at all. This idea, in particular, doesn't feel too special, but I made something, and that's what counts!
