This month's idea comes from patron HektorPlasm :

A "Wishful Thinking" revival request: Amanda DIDN'T gave up and asked John for even bigger breasts than Cindy. She ended up with tits let's say the size of Jane's breasts at the end of "New mOOns Rising" but with VERY prominent veins and nipples as big as tree trunks, gushing gallons and gallons of milk. She's screaming "are these big enough to make you , John?" while mAsterbat!ng.

Some consultation with the winner resulted in allowing me to rewrite the dialogue.
