2021-04-17 03:07:40 +0000 UTCMeditation feels like a flow of water for me, taking different forms and settings. It can be a forest river set free from an icy winter's grasp in the early days of spring, a stormy sea pelted by heavy rain, or a calm lake at dawn. I feel different things, like being immersed in the water, carried on top or just being the water itself or observing it from the shore. And as for leadership... The best leaders I have cooperated with during my life are women and men who lead by their own brave example. With pure, unsolicted courage. They give you chances to prove your capabilities and grow as a person, and are ready to back you up if you stumble on the way. They are willing to risk their comforts and dignity before a group. They focus on what is the most crucial thing that helps nurture the growth and cohesion of the group at the present moment. At times, they are willing to let go of their powers, even permanently, to let others spread their wings and soar. They are modest, even going as far as to deny basking in lavish rewards and praise even if their actions make them fully deserve them. They are not afraid to open their hearts about what worries them. But they do not insist in receiving anyone's support or understanding. They know when it is time to take a turn on the road, and never daring to let a standstill prevent a goal from being reached. Thank you for this meditation session, Miss Wendy. โ๏ธ

2021-04-16 17:52:57 +0000 UTCThis is fantastic! Itโs most definitely presented in a way thatโs easier to process and accept, as opposed to those โSecret to Accomplishing Anythingโ deliveries. A continuous series of these would be a โgo toโ for those high-anxiety, self-doubt moments.
