This month's winning idea comes from patron That New Shoe Smell :

A young woman atop breasts so large that they busted her bed, causing them to roll forward pulling her with them. She has one hand outstretched with her fingers just barely reaching the ground to keep from going headfirst into the floor, while her other hand is clamped between her thighs pleasuring herself. She's still growing.

Forgotten in the original pitch was that the subject was lactating as well. Because people didn't vote with that info, I made 2 versions — with (A) and without lactation (B).
