Side view of a girl with breasts so huge her body is hanging, upright, off them. Her feet are a foot off the ground and the top of her breasts are a foot above her head. Her face is turned to the camera with a sultry smile and she says something like "Oh no. I'm immobile and helpless. Whatever will you do with me?"
