Sketch/painting: "Bubble Gum B.E." (Low-res)

Idea from patron The Bat Mantis's June 2020 Commission entry.
A woman is blowing a bubble with some bubble gum. But, it isn’t ordinary gum; it’s BE gum “the gum where your chest grows with every bubble blown”. This doesn’t look like the first bubble she has blown, though. Her chest is already rather large and starting to bust out and tear her tank top.
I also experimented with the gouache brush in Clip Studio Pro, as compared to watercolor brushes that I've used in many previous sketches.
