April's winning idea comes from patron XtheTank :
Bobbi Jo, 3 years after "Tarnation, Instant Milk", after she has taken several more pills to keep her milk production up with demand, causing her breasts to grow 3 stories tall with nipples bigger than Bobbi Jo herself!
