This month's winning idea comes from That New Shoe Smell. I decided to give the final a background since a) it is crucial to the theme, and b) I knew I could make it simply and quickly but effectively. The background will show in the final, to be posted tomorrow.

Idea:
Woman in tight black dress, sitting upon a ledge with the moon glowing large in the dark sky behind her. She is holding up a half-empty wine glass with a sultry smile and a bottle of B.E.-themed wine dangling from her other hand. Her cantaloupe sized breasts are straining and bulging out of her tightening dress as they grow.

Further instructions by patron:
Let's go with an Anri Okita look-alike with her hair long and loose. Long (ankle-length) dress with a leg slit. I'd like her to seem classy, like an old silver-screen actress.
