This month's idea comes from patron Brent's B&W Commission from August 2021.

Girl sees a doctor for an MRI, not knowing that the doctor specializes in breast enhancement. She signed up for the "full scan". She mistakenly is put in an expansion machine that looks like an MRI machine. The machine is set to 100% and causes her freckled breast to blow up and pin her inside the machine, as they start to ooze out of the machine and cover her face. She is trying to keep them from suffocating her by pushing the blobs of breast away from her face with a terrified look on her face. From an end angle (head and boob blobs can be seen) with her ponytail dangling.
