This month's idea comes from patron Just Another Patron's entry for the Sept. 2021 Color Commission, and had tied for first place.
In the aftermath of Carl visiting the clinic Vera works at, we see several pairs of large breasts having burst out of the building and lactating heavily. Vera's breasts are noticeably larger than the others and expressing much more milk. Carl's tree trunk sized c0ck is towering between Vera's bloated boobs and splattering cvm all over the breasts nearby.

It's great but it's almost like a surreal installment piece of art. Without any context it's kinda crazy at second glance.
