This month's idea comes from XtheTank :

Jane from the end of grOw/stOry "New MOOns Rising" floating in the ocean wearing a bikini wondering if her breasts will soak in the salt water just as her bikini top explodes off exposing her massive nipples and breasts that have easily doubled in size.

The patron further detailed the winning image in this way:

For Jane, the set up is that she was sunning herself on the beach on a lagoon and was carried out to sea by the tide. The nanites began converting the salt seawater to boob, so she's gotten at least 2-3x bigger than before, but her nipples and areolas have grown 4-6x as big. She's wearing a pink floral print strapless thong bikini that is stretched to the breaking point and is nearly threads over her gargantuan nipples. Her growth is orgasmic but she's fearful of getting too big but it feels so good so she's conflicted. She may be floating in open water or in the middle of the tropical lagoon.
