For Jane, the set up is that she was sunning herself on the beach on a lagoon and was carried out to sea by the tide. She's wearing a pink floral print strapless thong bikini that is stretched to the breaking point and is nearly threads over her gargantuan nipples. Her growth is orgasmic but she's fearful of getting too big but it feels so good so she's conflicted. She may be floating in open water or in the middle of the tropical lagoon.

That was the idea! She had gone on vacation and was sunning herself on the beach when the tide came in and carried her out to see. Then the nanites did their thing and started converted salt water to boob. You can even see the lagoon in the background - a fantastic detail that took me a while to notice.
