This month's idea comes from Brittany Bovine, from the April 2022 Sketch Commission entry. I thought the try was perfect for April and pulled it immediately from the poll for a monthly sketch.
Wet t-shirt contestant, on Spring Break in Mexico. The wet, white shirt provided clearly is too small for her beachball-sized breasts (with her nipple about to fall out).
Normally, such a background is a bit beyond the standard scope of the commission. But, I had time to experiment on new watercolor techniques, which I applied to the roughed background. So my experimentation is your gain. :-)
