Super short businesswoman (3'8”) with big round glasses giving a presentation with massive, exercise-ball sized breasts that have been growing with milk through her whole lecture. Nervous, trying to ignore her inflating breasts, she's giving a presentation about profits that's filled with accidental innuendos. Indents of her massive drinking-glass-sized nipples are visible through her button-up shirt and bra, leaking milk and soaking her shirt transparent. Cleavage is bulging above and below her bra, and her last two buttons and bra are juuuust about to explode!
