This sketch idea came from patron Bgtts051187's entry into the December 2021 Sketch Commission. This entry had come in a very close second place, and the patron has been entering this idea (in a few variations) for months:
Black girl from the Nov 2020 mOnthly grOw illustration, drank more M.O.O. She has a look of concern as if she overdid it. Her breasts are huge and bloated, touching the floor and spraying milk.
