This month's idea comes from Eyestalk64 :
Marybeth from grOw/cOmic 4, massive growing breasts the size of armchairs or couches hooked up to a milking machine with its huge storage tanks overloaded. Nipples as big as her head fill the milking cups, and excess milk is spraying out behind the cups and making a puddle underneath her. Her face is a mixture of worry and pleasure as she calls out "Vera, I filled the tanks like you asked... but my milk won't stop, I'm getting really backed up! Can someone unhook me? Anybody?"
