Carl (grOw/cinema 1) visits the clinic with Vera to meet a new hire named Marybeth. Wanting to have some fun, Carl makes a change where "each woman in the room with him will become the most prolific wet nurse at the clinic". Chaos ensues when Vera and Marybeth are in the same room with Carl and both of them are now considered "the most prolific wet nurse at the clinic." This causes a loop where both of their breasts begin growing and producing more milk than the other.
Marybeth is lying face up on the floor in a large puddle of milk, pinned down by her engorged, over-productive breasts. Vera's overfilled tits are noticeably bigger and are pushing up against Marybeth's. Marybeth is feeling pleasure and worry as she senses another surge of milk coming. Carl is out of view, underneath Vera and Marybeth's expanding milky mounds.
