Sometimes, a title-pun (I made a huge list of them) inspires the storyline. Most other times, I have a storyline/theme in mind, and look to see what title would fit it. This episode is one of these later examples.

Either way, I always like to guess what the possible titles could be. I'd guess "Planetary-Mass Object" or maybe "Coronal Mass Ejaculation" (Coronal Mass Ejection)
