This sketch's idea comes from Eyestalk64, from their August 2022 entry into the Sketch Commission.
Sort of a spin on that "Repossessed" Gym BE scene: Woman exercising in a gym, lying down on a bench, wearing a one-piece swimsuit/sling-leotard. Breasts as big as beach balls are growing inside her tight suit, riding it up in her groin and lifting it away from her body.
