This month's winning idea comes from Just Another Patron :

A redhead whose Valentine's Day dinner date goes wrong (or right?). Her engorged breasts have burst out of her dress and now cover most of the table, milk spraying uncontrollably from her plump nipples. She is blushing with an embarrassed look on her face and says, "I'm so sorry! Sometimes they fill up so fast. This isn't a deal-breaker is it?"
