For Pod's New Program, I'm working on sketching out some of the in-between, game over, and win scene illustrations. Even if they're just sketches, I'm hoping including them in the next build will help get the ideas across better than just text placeholders.
I also need to work on the Gallery menu, which is practically a requirement for making these kinds of games. I already have the basic interface figured out, the tough part will be game saves. I'm not too worried about saving progress for the rest of the game since it's so short, but I think players would like to be able to unlock scenes to return to. (And possibly some kind of bonus for unlocking everything!)
I been thinkin'. I'm going to be really honest with you right now. Patreon's been kind of stagnant for a while and it's been difficult to grow this year. I know I'm not the best at managing the page in the first place, and there's lots, lots of external factors to consider. But I can't help but wonder if Patreon's slow but sure campaign against adult artists has made it more difficult for someone like me to grow organically on the platform. With this in mind, I've been considering either opening a parallel Subscribestar, or switching over to it entirely. I'd love to hear some thoughts on this, and I'll run a poll later this week to gauge everyone's interest in following me over there if I make the jump.
Oh, I almost forgot (again) that the request contest is gonna start any minute now. As soon as I remember to hit the button. (I told you I wasn't the best at this.)
