Direction from the patron included: about watermelon-sized boobs; 6-1/2 to 7ft tall. In order to see her "flat tummy", the watermelon-sized breasts needed serious projection.
Sexy doctor (maybe Jessica Alba inspiration?) smiles after setting down a beaker; her pants are torn and bra busted off. Enormous boobs contrast with her flat tummy.
