POLL: Your "sweet spot" size in explicit scenes?

This can be from sexiness (hints, pin-up, flirting) to explicit sex (penetration, oral) to graphic sexual scenes (liquids, ejaculate) to unreal possibilities (cumflation, extended body parts, etc).
Please be truthful and not "balls-to-the-wall" for the sake of being edgy. :-)
Poll is open to more than one choice, however, please let me know your "sweet spots" and not all acceptable choices. For example, if you chose "showing off the goods but clothed", I don't expect you to also choose "extreme fluids" — however, I could see you choosing "milk" (say, a stain on a full clothed person).
