FAQ #03: Why do you mostly do Spidey stuff?
Added 2015-01-22 23:16:23 +0000 UTCSometimes I receive inbox questions that might be in the interest of other patrons. So I decided to make a few of them public, along with the answer provided.

Q#03:
Hi!
I get that Spider-everything is your bag, but have you ever considered branching out to even more of other characters (DC, Image, films, videogames, others)?
A#03:
I have considered it, but no characters/universes in particular.
There are no plans on doing so on a near future.
However, it’s more likely that I start working on OC’s soon.
I stick to Spidey-Stuff because it’s one I’m most familiar with. I always try to be as truthful to the original characters and their regular ongoing stories while, at the same time, explore the sexual nature at a deeper intimacy level. It’s almost like a headcanon for the hidden smut of the original comics. With a bit of liberties here and there…
I don’t follow many other comic/movie/game series (wish I had the time to), and that’s why I don’t feel secure enough to write about them. I do a lot of re-reading and research for every comic I put out. Going for other series would be very counter-productive for me right now.
On the other hand, I do follow most of what is Spidey-related material (which is quite a lot), so there’s a lot of space for me to play between these characters and their alternate versions.
About the OC’s,
I just wanna have something else going on in the case of a shark lawyer attack. Parodies are legal, period. But that does not mean I want to be harassed by big funded companies that believe themselves to be above the law.

2015-01-23 05:09:00 +0000 UTCIf it aint broken don't fix it, and stick to what you know. Those two lines come to mind after reading this and know I'm curious about those OC's.

2015-01-23 01:19:01 +0000 UTCAh, the old writing adage, "write what you know." That makes sense. I would never attempt to write anything for the Hulk (or, nothing Hulk-centric, at least) because I don't know enough about that character and his world to do him justice. I only asked the question in the first place because I love what you do and would love to see you branch out some to corners of the MU that I frequent more...frequently. Having said that, I'm really excited about the possibility of you creating your own characters and stories. Looking forward to them, whenever they do eventually materialize. :)
