Question: How do you feel about MayDay/Peter incest?

Incest in real life weirds me out but incest in fictional pop culture type situations doesn't bother me a bit so I say go for it :D!!!

To say 'no' would be to completely deny my inner pervert. Also, you can call "Clone-cest" masturbation but Jess and Pete are essentially brother and sister, even if they weren't raised together. (And it'll never happen in the comics but masturbation has a very slim chance of resulting in an unwanted pregnancy :P ) After all, Peter & Ben Reilly considered themselves almost brothers before the latter died. (The 616 Ben, of course, not the Ultimate comics version).

Considering that May/MJ, Peter/Jess and implied Jess/May are all featured in your comics I don't see any problems with this, as I know your writing's up to the task. That said, as a fan of the MC2 universe I'd hate to split Peter and MJ up, so could it be set in a timeline where MJ lost her life?
